I’m Olawale Ibraheem Gbenusola, a passionate educator, content creator, and advocate for the transformative power of education. With over a decade of experience as a teacher in Lagos State, I have dedicated my life to shaping the future of young minds, not just through academics, but by instilling a sense of purpose, resilience, and innovation. My mission is to inspire students to embrace their potential and push the boundaries of what they think is possible. I believe in a world where education goes beyond the classroom where young people are empowered to build businesses, solve real-world problems, and contribute to sustainable development. Beyond teaching, I’m also an edupreneur and ecopreneur, blending technology, sustainability, and entrepreneurship into everything I do. From my work with students in entrepreneurship and technology programs to my leadership in environmental causes, I strive to create lasting change. I am proud to have mentored over 300 students in areas like financial literacy, coding, and eco-conservation. My work has earned me numerous accolades, including the prestigious Wema Bank Teacher of the Year Award and recognition for my innovative teaching methods. Yet, my true reward comes from the impact I have on the lives of students and the change I see in their confidence, ambition, and ability to overcome challenges. I am not just teaching subjects, I am teaching future leaders to embrace their voices, challenge the status quo, and build a better world for all.
