About Me

I am a Gynaecologist and board certified lifestyle medicine physician. I am first to have such combined honour in Africa, with special interesting in prevention of women's exposure to toxic substances. I work with the public hospital and also run private consultation, both physical and virtual I love to impact knowledge and inspire women in particular to live healthy, disease free lives, knowing that once a woman is imparted, the whole family and nation is imparted. I see the need to teach about lifestyle medicine as a means of preventing, reversing and management of chronic health conditions, having practiced medicine for more than twenty years. I have also seen the impact of lifestyle changes in promoting health and preventing aging using myself as a good example. I have been practicing lifestyle medicine for about four years with proven results ranging from weight loss to reduction in blood pressure as well as good glycemic control observed amongst my clients who are majorly women. I believe the opportunity to teach on this platform, will further propel my quest to keep learning even as l pass down information from my wealth of experience and exposure. I look forward to being engaged to do what i like doing best, imparting women's lives positively.
